La protección de derechos, y la ruta de denuncia cuando no se respetan, a partir del marco legal que protege a las mujeres sobrevivientes de violencia, o que sufren de violencia. Me motiva la causa del empoderamiento de la mujer hondureña: ¿cómo romper el silencio cuando sufren de violencia o siente que están siendo abusadas sexual, física o emocionalmente?, ¿cómo identificar los diferentes tipos de violencia?

The protection of rights, and the route to denounce when they are not respected, based on the legal framework that protects women survivors of violence, or who suffer from violence. I am motivated by the cause of empowering Honduran women: how to break the silence when they suffer from violence, or feel that they are being sexually, physically or emotionally abused?, how to identify the different types of violence?
¿Cómo trabajas para garantizar la inclusión y reducir las desigualdades en tus acciones cotidianas? | How do you work to ensure inclusion and reduce inequalities in your everyday actions?
Brindo asesoría legal a todas las personas que han sido vulneradas en sus derechos, capacitándolas en temas de igualdad de género y brindándoles la información necesaria para caso de emergencia. También creo alianzas con los gobiernos locales y las instituciones del Estado, como por ejemplo la oficina municipal de la mujer, los centros de salud, la Policía Nacional y los juzgados, para que puedan brindar información y protección a las víctimas y sobrevivientes.

I provide legal advice to all those whose rights have been violated, training them on gender equality issues and providing them with the necessary information in case of emergency. I also create alliances with local governments and state institutions, such as the municipal women’s office, health centres, the National Police and the courts, so that they can provide information and protection to victims and survivors.
¿Qué más hay que hacer para reducir las desigualdades y garantizar espacios inclusivos para todas las personas? | What more needs to be done to reduce inequalities and ensure inclusive spaces for all people?
Por un lado, asesorar mejor a los gobiernos locales y a las instituciones del Estado para que brinden un mejor servicio a las usuarias, para que de esta forma no sientan más miedo del que ya tienen, debido a que en muchos casos el trato que se les brinda no es el mejor. Por otro lado, invertir más en el empoderamiento de la mujer, por ejemplo, ayudándole para que aprenda un oficio para que pueda sustentar su familia, y no esté obligada a vivir en un hogar lleno de machismo y violencia.

On the one hand, to better advise local governments and state institutions to provide better service to women users, so that they do not feel more fear than they already do, because in many cases the treatment they are given is not the best. On the other hand, investing more in the empowerment of women, for example, helping them to learn a trade so that they can support their families, and not be forced to live in a home full of machismo and violence.
